Samantha's new viv


I made a start on her new viv today here are the first few pics i will update again tomorrow

this is what she is in at the moment



and this is the start of her new viv which is 8footx2footx2foot

I am making it from scratch, I have got to compleetly seal the bottom as she peeees like a race horse lol

It looks great are you heating it with a ceramic or a infrared bulb.
I love the little puppies by the way.

going to use an infared it will be sitting ontop of my 2 four foot vivs so i am hoping the heat from those will help. It will be a bit boring inside no plants or logs as she is too big for toys now lol she smashes everything about.

Have been reallly busy but I have finally finished it




Here it is all painted up





This is her in it she has got so much more room

This is what I am using for substrate it is 8quid fo a 25L bag it is recycalled news paper  for cat litter it is really good you can get it from pets at home it is really absorbant and it composts down. I think tony is going to try to stock it at the shop

not sure about 250 to 300 i would guess that was for everything heating, lighting paint ect

I wish she would Si but she wont eat them I have even put them in her mouth as the tail of the rat goes down she eats half of it then regurges it and at a £10 a go its a lot to give the foxes lol
